Lol very true. Amazing! I did a 17 day water fast and posted every day for accountibility. Starting my second 30 day water fast goal soon with supplements.
As I noticed my upper leg muscles were strangely getting sore.. because I go up and down the stairs a lot.. never got sore when I wasnt fasting. So I am thinking the potassium electrolyte supplement (lo salt) will help a lot this time around.
