I 💯 recommend it, based on my personal experience. My new fave us Cinnamon/chromium picolinate. Take it with coffee in the morning and it gives you a very pleasant aftertaste that kind of convinces you that you might have had something yummy for breakfast and Staves off hunger for several hours. I’ve been taking it off and on since the nineties it does work. I used to take just the little chromium picolinate pills everyday with little dietary changes, and over a year I slowly did lose weight. Now with the cinnamon variety I find that I feel slimmer after taking it for a day or two and the capsules are a bit filling and offer that hunger control. It’s like my breakfast substitute now.
