All these thoughts fkn comes up one after the other, and you guys very well know how well mind can trick us to believe whats not there.
Keeping it short:

Answer
I dont have all the answers, but I do have a tip. It’s easy to worry about what we’re doing to our bodies, especially without proof. If you’re worried your blood sugar may drop drastically, I’d recommend picking up a meter at your local pharmacy or big box store. They aren’t terribly expensive and will help provide peace of mind by checking daily. If you’d like, blood pressure monitors are fairly inexpensive as well. Just a way to check some of your vitals while fasting. That can ease your mental load.
Mentally, fasting can be a challenge. People have been doing it for thousands of years. You’ve already completed a few 72s, so just look back at what you’ve done already. You’ve come out healthier. That’s inspiration enough. It’s simply about sticking to your plan. Following it through can bring real satisfaction.
