For weight loss, you’re fine. If you’re fasting for the autophagy benefits, I don’t know. I have coffee always when fasting, but sometimes I’ll also eat a pickle if I’m really struggling. But I’m just doing it for weight loss.
Both are good to speed up autoghagy. Healthy choices. Careful of hotsauce for throat health (o blood type is safe for hot sauce. Don’t ask, strange knowledge)
But yeah drink more coffee. It’s basically a 0 cal super food. A little salt in black coffee I find crazy helpful in longer fasts.
