The closest window would be 23:1 now, as I have one meal almost every day but the actual time from the meal before is not consistent.

I started at 14:10 last October and have lost \~18lbs since then. I lost 5 inches from my hips in total, 3 inches from my upper thighs and waist, 2 inches from my ribcage area, and I gained a list of clothes that need to be tailored now!

I’m doing OMAD Monday to Friday. I just arrive from work and have a keto/low carb meal. Anytime from 3pm to 7pm

18:6 on the weekends. I have a meal at noon and another one at 5-6pm

I want to incorporate 3 day fasts once a month, but in my family to skip a meal is a sin (culturally), at work my boss would put me aside and ask me if I’m ok and if I need to talk to a therapist for an ED. So I tell people at home I’d eat at work. And at work that I’d eat at home.

I started at 16:8… then alternate with 20:4 when it stoped working. Then add an 36h fast when it stoped working again… what seems to work for me is switching my schedule. I lost 27 pounds in 4 months. And gain a lot of energy!
