Bone broth!
You probably don’t have any to hand, but it’s a great fast breaker and you should make a batch for next time (using organic bones.)(You could also have a cup of miso instead.)
An hour or so after your bone broth you can have a piece of fruit or a small, bland snack, then see how your tummy goes. It might get upset suddenly having food to digest again.
If that goes okay, then have your usual OMAD meal.
