completed my 1st 48h fast! What do I eat now?

Hi everyone! I just completed my very first 48 hour fast! What should I eat and how much to break my fast? I do OMAD and usually eat around 1500 calories. Since I'm still not hungry I'm afraid I cant fit in those 1500 calories in my meal, should I spread it throughout the day? Should I eat at maintenance the whole day? What do you guys eat when breaking a 48 hour fast? Thanks in advance!

Bone broth!

You probably don’t have any to hand, but it’s a great fast breaker and you should make a batch for next time (using organic bones.)(You could also have a cup of miso instead.)

An hour or so after your bone broth you can have a piece of fruit or a small, bland snack, then see how your tummy goes. It might get upset suddenly having food to digest again.

If that goes okay, then have your usual OMAD meal.
