It’s not really recommended to cheat that often. If it was like once a month or so, that’s okay, but twice a week is a lot.
What might work better is shifting your window so you always have a 16 hour fast. So if normally you eat from 11:00 to 19:00, but decide to finish dinner at 21:00 on your date, you could wait until 13:00 the next day to break your fast, and then just have a shorter eating window that day.
Consistency builds decline and a routine. And our bodies like routine and consistency. The more consistent you are, the more used to it your body will get and the more easier it will be to fast everyday. And really you need to aim to make this a lifestyle so you can get out of the diet mentality. The more you can fit it into your routine, the easier it will get.
