Hello! Iโve been doing IF in different iterations since July. I havenโt lost a huge amount of weight but I feel good and really want to stick with it for health abs longevity. Iโve recently been reading about women not fasting the week before their periods to be gentler on the body. I decided to give it a go this week but it is difficult and I am afraid I wonโt be able to get back on track! Anyone have experience with this?
