So glad I found this sub! Iβve been doing OMAD, 20:4, 22:2 (because I like to be flexible and still have social times) on and off for a year and I must say, I never feel more alive, balanced and healthy than when I fast for at least 20h a day. Itβs such an easy, accessible tool for weight loss and health! My skin looks better, my bloat is gone, I save money, and I actually enjoy my meals! Just wanted to say hi and wish everybody a good day!
