I’ve been fasting for three weeks and practicing a low carb diet. I started with 16:8 and have worked my way up to 18:6 and 20:4. Thus far, I’ve lost 15 lbsNotes: It’s going very well. Even when I hit my weight loss goal, I still think I’ll keep fasting as a part of my lifestyle. Since my weight loss is going so well right now, I aim to hold off on moving to OMAD until I hit a stall or my progression slows significantly. In addition, I’m a mom and have a 6m old that I’m still nursing. Thus far, I haven’t noticed a dip in my supply and I’m being conscious of ensuring I’m still getting 1500-1800 calories a day via high quality fats and protein.
I’m super encouraged by this group and love seeing everyone’s progress. I hope to eventually post my own in the coming months!
Day 2 : I did 16/8 and broke at 15 Will try to be better it’s getting better than previous day, should be alright tomm for a 16/8
