Just started fasting this month, longest streak of 9 days but no weight loss yet (eating too much and having syas j don’t fast) but I’m back on it after Christmas and doing today’s 16/8.

I’ve started 2 hours earlier. I often find the night time hardest, but I’m hoping to get through tonight without failing and maybe even extend it to 18 hours 🤞🏻
