Hi everyone! I said yesterday that I was gonna attempt an all-day fast, but a few hours later I realized my mind and body weren’t ready. I hadn’t adequately psyched myself up the day before and I had been on a weird eating schedule due to work so it just wasn’t meant to be. Instead of beating myself up and binging, I just ate like I should normally eat - under 2,000kcal. I ended up feasting on some spam, eggs, and rice for dinner and it was amazing. I plan to break my fast around 5 or 6 today with some fish. We’ll see if I make it that far because I got up really early today, but I also have a lot of meetings which helps me fast. That’s the update for the day! Only 9 days until I can walk again!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been doing IF 18:6 for 6 days. SW 147. Today I had water and sparkling water during my fast and I plan to have coffee and nicotine pouches this morning. I want to lose 15 lbs. i haven’t lost any yet but I am female and on my period. Still have a caloric deficit and low sugar healthy keto diet. Getting more disappointment every day that I don’t have results. Guess I have to do more of a deficit or OMAD.
