Week 3 Day 518:6 - Clean fast
I’m currently doing a 36 hour fast (2nd for this week). I’m 24 hours into my fast and have 12 more hours to go. I’m feeling hungry but I’m determined to push through till the next morning.
For breakfast and lunch I drank black coffee. In the afternoon I went for a 30 min walk/jog. I thought I’d be exhausted after but I’m feeling great. I’m looking forward to breaking my fast tomorrow at 8:26am.
Currently 67 hours in on a planned 96/100 hour fast.
