Start of my 5th day of IF 16/8 and it has some periods of being difficult but mostly not.

Last night I had to stay up later than usual and I felt hungry. Usually I would grab a munchie but I knew I couldn’t do that . I did manage to go to sleep where previous times I wouldn’t have been. I was on medication not too long ago , that I stopped maybe on Feb 23 that was causing me various stomach issues and had many nights where I would go to bed hungry and couldn’t sleep because that hunger would keep me up.

Yesterday my doctor’s nurse called and said I was approved to take ozempic. I know there maybe some negativity about using cheats or crutches for dieting but .. what can I say. I’ll take any help I can get right now. I am at the heaviest I’ve been ever and I’ve always been heavy but not like this. And I’m NOT just relying on ozempic. I’m using the IF , tracking calories, eating at a deficit and exercising.

I also have PCOS which is supposed to contribute to making weightloss difficult and I had asked to be prescibed spironolactone which helps with blood pressure and cystic acne which is another wonderful side effect of PCOS. ( that and extra hair , weight gain etc ) I seriously hope it works because that would mean I won’t need my birthcontrol .

Speaking of exercise , not having done that in a while leaves my knees and my ankles sore ..
