Today is 89,0kg up 88,4kg of yesterday.
Wow, I mean just WOW.
It sure is amazing how much water weight one can gain with eating fruit on a daily basis.
So I’ve decided, it is time to let fruit spoil if I have to. There is no damn way I’m willing to move around with 3kg extra weight that ain’t mine :P
Starting today I don’t care that it is the “season” for the fruits I have at hand and I return to the usual meals that were working for me, if for nothing else, to shed this crazy amount of water weight.
I’ll need to redo the sleep schedule, because with winter cold creeping up on us, it takes longer to get ready for work, so I barely can squeeze in a couple sets of weight lifting before heading out.
On a positive note, I could make one more set than in the past 2 days, so I’m happy about that.
Today is the rolling 24h fast, followed by one dinner and one breakfast before leaning into the 48h fast for empty weight measurement.
I’ll be making electrolyte drink ahead of time, and probably have grilled frankfurters for breakfast for prefeeding with the avoidance of more carbs.
It is MIDWEEK folk! Let’s see what we can do about getting sh*t done before the weekend ;)
