Started a 36 hour fast at 7pm Friday night but broke at 7pm Saturday. My first fast in nearly a year and I’m not too upset as I still made it a day.

This was to kick off my 16-8 but really wanted to dive in with some momentum but I just couldn’t. Planning on trying another 36 starting next Sunday evening but will be IF until then. Really hoping to build back up to a 72 hour fast by end of November.
