SW 86kg, CW 81kg, GW 75kgStarted 18:6 last week because i was stuck at 82kg and lost a whole kg this week. This was likely also because I’ve been exercising a bit more, so broke the fast early today to make sure I’m getting enough energy
Excited to start my journey today! I’ve been trying out different times over the past few months and have learned a lot about myself. I travel home to see family and friends for the first time in 2 years at the end of April and I want to look good and have energy! I fly in 70 days and I’m excited to see what I can do in that time.
I learned I like a big meal at breakfast time and my eating window will be 8am - 3pm. I tend to go to bef early as I’m up early and I’ve found I don’t really get hungry after 6pm so hopefully if I have a decent lunch around 2:30ish that will take me through to morning.
