I’ve been doing 16:8 for 10 days, plus lazy keto as well (low carb, not tracking) and I’m still really hungry in the morning (granted I’ve had some early wake ups this week with a sick toddler).

Wondering when former “breakfast people”finally felt like their body adjusted. Thanks!
