- Felt quite weak today, water helped me feel better. Got a bit of a scare yesterday because a nutritionist friend of mine told me that IF can cause gallstones. I looked it up and realised the importance of consuming enough fat with every meal (fair warning: it’s a Facebook video). Made sure to eat a cheese cube apart from the cashews in yesterday’s meal.

I’ve been doing 16:8 for 10 days, plus lazy keto as well (low carb, not tracking) and I’m still really hungry in the morning (granted I’ve had some early wake ups this week with a sick toddler).
