Almost 2 weeks of IF (mostly 18-6). I am down 4 lbs. I thought I would see the results a lil bit faster since before I was eating whatever I wanted whenever, so this is a very drastic lifestyle change!Anyway, hope to be down 10lbs by the end of the month!

Day 5 and I’ve got zero motivation to get to 16h today 😂 3 more hours of planning what to have for lunch yay!

While it isn’t my first rodeo I know not having coffee this morning is driving some of this… we ran out and I’m going to get some as soon as my kid is off to school!

Down 1.6lbs in water weight - kind of stoked, but also aware it’s early days yet!

Day 1 of IF. Well started last night at 6:30 pm. Doing 18:6. Have intermittently fasted before but after having a kid and just not taking care of myself I have about 40 lbs to lose! I am excited to start treating my body better and giving it the fuel it needs and not junk!
