Week 10
Second day of OMAD. Woke up hungry but thats gone now. I’m still in doubt if I’ll try a 48 hour fast tomorrow because my SO is out of the house. But since I just went from 16:8 to OMAD I should maybe do that a bit longer.
Yesterday I ate homemade butterchicken with naan, for desert cappuccino and a small chocolate. Tonight probably something with fish.
Week 2 Day 4

Happy 🐫 day! I woke up this morning and did some ab/core work. I will do some cardio 🏃🏾♀️ later on. For dinner: strawberry 🍓smoothie, Rasta pasta, and edamame.

Day3 of Week26, IF, 18/6
SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 88kg/194lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs
88,3kg today, up from the 87,8kg of yesterday and on rolling 24h fast now.
As lately every week, this’ll end with a dinner and a breakfast prefeeding for the 48h fast starting right after breakfast.
Seems I’ll have to abandon the 85kg maintained weight goal because I’m at the point where I can’t burn more calories without messing up work schedule and I’m not lowering the calorie input because that’d be at the limit of unsafe.
However as a NSV I feel like this alternated fasting days working well enough for maintaining the 85,5kg empty weight and 89kg max weight including water retention on a regular eating day.
I base this on the past 3-4 weeks of hovering around the same measurements even when water retention gone out of hand with the not-so-much carb reduced bread testing and the seasonal fruit consumption.
Essentially I’m already in maintenance mode which is something I can easily manage. I figure it is a neat enough achievement considering that I got past 2 previously set weight goals and I’m still 18+kg lighter than at any point in my past 20 years.
Maybe I should shift focus toward getting into a better condition, cardio and weight lifting would do a world of good to my circulation and heart now that I don’t move a bunch of excess weight around with every move.

Day 2 of fasting, so my first morning having stopped eating at 9pm. A little over an hour until I eat again. Feel a bit hungry, but that’s to be expected as I’m not used to it yet. I drank a 32oz. glass of water and am now drinking black coffee, so that is definitely helping. I lost a pound, but am chalking that up to variance as I’ve not done this nearly long enough. Or it may just be me losing some of the extra I gained over vacation. Either way, feeling good so far.
Week 1, Day 4.
IF & CICO, 16:8 daily with light exercise. SW: 242, CW: 239, GW: 160
Fast begins at 7:30pm, ends at 11:30.
I don’t feel super hungry during fasting. My only issue is the recurring headache I keep getting that lasts well beyond the fasting period. I’m aiming to drink 40 oz of water in the morning, but struggling in that department. I’m at least drinking more water than I was before 🤷♀️
Day3/Week1, IF, 18/6
SW: 156lbs/71kg; CW: 152lbs/69kg; GW:110lbs/50kg; BMI 40.8%
Yesterday ended up being an abnormally busy, I ended up fasting for 19 hours before eating. I wasn’t able to consume all 1300 calories yesterday, but I got in about 1000, green beans, fruit, chicken, beets, and carrots.
Today I woke up hungry, but not crazy starving. Powering through until 12pm when my 16 hour fast is over. I wonder if I’m hungry because I didn’t eat as much yesterday.
