Been fasting for almost a year on and off have managed to lose 14kg. However, have fell off the bandwagon the past two months and gained around 4 kg. Starting again from 16/8, hoping to reach my goal weight in the next 4 months

Been fasting 16:8 for about 4 months now. I drink black coffee and tea in the mornings. Sometimes I’ll have milk in my coffee if I’ve done exercise first thing.I haven’t been very strict at not drinking alcohol after 8pm and this is my biggest struggle.

SW 86kg, CW 82kg, GW 75kg

I’ve been stuck at this weight for a while so decided to try 18:6. Haven’t managed to make it till 2pm some days but today I did and felt good, others I’ve felt sick even after eating.

Going to keep trying to cut down on alcohol.

Day 8. SW: 265. CW: 266. GW: 199.
Goal: Weight Loss.
Well… I’m +3 lbs in 2 days. It is early in my journey and I’m learning.
Fri - Had one big meal that included 3 big craft beers and a prime rib dinner.
Sat - Grazed.
Moral of the story. It is easy to wipe out progress really fast……
Today (Sun) - Getting back on track today.

Another 23:1 OMAD day, mentally preparing myself for all the carbs I’ll consume during the Super Bowl party we’re attending tonight.

I’ll be hiding the scale this week and sprinkling in some 36’s to undo some of the damage.
