Type: water, tea, and one coffee with milk in the morning - I’m in this for sustainability, not perfectionContext: started around the end of NovemberLength: 16:8 - approximate 10am to 6pm window for eating Why: weight loss, energy, reflux issuesProgress: down over 5 pounds in just two weeks despite a few oopsies. Feel much more energetic and my clothes fit better already. I’m 36F with a demanding career and a toddler so I need all the energy I can get! Mornings are most difficult for me. I was a big breakfast person. SW: approaching 180 (too depressed to weigh), CW: 171.6.

This morning I tried two of those coffee packets at the same time — I don’t have a coffee machine — instead of one and uhh I guess too strong, made me a little nauseous. I want to try to get away from carbonated, my main caffeine source usually… of course diet and sugar free kinds.

Broke my usual 20:4 fast at hour 12 today. Was hungry so decided to eat. I’ve done two double workout days over the last 3 days and I believe it’s this that has caused the hunger. One workout and I’m fine. A bit of emotional eating as well to be frank but aware and working through it.
