1 Diet Coke - the rest water
Started Sunday 12/12 at 5:30pm - probably will break fast Tuesday 5:30pm
Typically I fast 24 hours. I work overnights, so I slept Monday away. That’s the whole reason I didn’t eat. But I am starving. I so badly wish I could leave work to get McDonalds
This is the only lifestyle I have found that works for me with weight loss. I’ve lost 42 pounds, and my goal is to lose another 20 pounds.
I’m starving, because I’m at 33 hours. 30-40 hour mark has always been brutal for me for hunger. When I’m not working I’m thinking about food. But when I do eat, it’s keto / dirty keto.Im craving Brussel sprouts with chicken, garlic Alfredo. Or zucchini fries smother with cheese and bacon.
Right I now I about ready to post mates McDonalds.I get chicken sandwiches, throw away the buns, and wrap them in lettuce & Mayo. YUM!!!!!
Usually I do OMAD but on Sunday ate two meals due to meeting friends and traveling for a weekend trip. I ate some pastry’s and carbs. Not too crazy but still more than OMAD. So from Sunday night till now I have been fasting for 33 hours. I have a party today at 6 pm so that will be back to OMAD. I don’t plan to overeat or have sweets. Wednesday is a going to be a big challenge!!!! My daughter says it’s wedding cake tasting time. I said I can only have a bite of each flavor. There will be four. Should I even do that? I’m trying to lose weight!

40 year old male here, 5’10” 185lbs. On an 18-6 water fast now. I’ve done it before with varying levels of success, but my partying (boozing) would turn me into a ravenous dog and screw everything up. I quit drinking so I’m looking forward to finally having control over my intake again. Gained 15lbs this year so my first goal is to get rid of that damn weight.

Trying OMAD for two days a week to lose a little bit of weight, it’s quite interesting how your body reacts to not eating (I have a bit of headache doing it the first time in a while, but normally it’s OK)
I’ve been SO close to hitting under 100KG for 2 months now. It’s a double milestone in that it is also the point at which Im officially “not obese”, and in 5 pounds I’ll officially hit 100 pounds lost. Im 16 hours into a 36 hour fast (2 x per week) and doing well. Just down 2 pounds this month, but I do believe I have put on muscle, as Ive been able to add 5 extra pushups to my max and 2 extra pullups (with 24 lb of assist) this month. Im really hoping tomorrow morning is the time I break that barrier if not, hopefully saturday morning after my next fast.. 30-40 lbs left to lose to my goal, I wanted to be at 200 pounds by my 40th b-day in march but with slow weight loss the last 2 months I dont think it’s happening now (and that’s ok).
