Happy Saturday everyone! I think the stomach bug (thing) that I had is over or at least I’m not feeling icky anymore!
I’m going to have nothing but fluids til about 5pm today, then close my window at 8pm.
I have a busy day today so it should be pretty easy!

Currently planning on switching to a more consistent schedule, i.e. eating in the same period every day instead of shifting my eating window around. Though that’s difficult due to my work schedule not being consistent.
Hello! I’ve been on OMAD, 4 hours, usually eating between 4-5pm. I’m almost complete with 3 weeks. I’ve been a little discouraged that I’ve only lost 10 lbs, when I’ve seen others lose a lot more in the first month. Getting to the OMAD is relatively easy for me, and I have coffee or tea during the day. I don’t want to go full Keto on my one meal, because I know I wouldn’t stick with it long term. But, I don’t have a ton of carbs during it, and not much sugar. My favorite meal has been scrambled eggs with bacon, on toast.
Not sure how reliable the Arbo scale is with its measurements, but it’s saying my basal metabolic rate is 1400cal, low. I think overall, I’m in a calorie deficit for my one meal. The main thing I notice, is that I’m not bloated like I previously was every day. This next week will be my “cycle”, which I usually overeat and feel terrible. I’ve had a hysterectomy and how my body reacts, is how I usually know it’s that time. Hoping I breeze through it!
