Type: water and herbal teas

Contex: started yesterday at 4pm, day 3 (previously 16:8, 20:4). Trying to stick mostly to OMAD and 20:4 (the latter when exercising)

Length: 24h

Why? Overall to loose some extra weight(10lbs/5kg),free up some time in my day and build healthier relationship with the food. Doing occassional longer fasts to have autophagy kick in.

Notes: still working on not eating less and more healthy (less processed foods esp. flour based products, more WFBPNO),but I need to use up what’s in my pantry/fridge first.

19:5, for weight loss. week something or other… many months in! i’m 30lbs down! yay!

i weighed this morning out of curiosity and was somehow down to like, 213? 210? my scale wasn’t giving an accurate reading… i hope it’s not broken, i can’t afford another one. i’ll see what it says tomorrow, when i should’ve actually weighed lol.

i’m curious as to if there’s anyone else on this sub who fasts but doesn’t get any mental benefits. people always talk abt mental clarity & focus with IF, and no matter what i eat, how clean i eat, how much protein, etc, i never have those benefits! i’m not bitching, i don’t actually mind, well the lack of mental clarity and focus sucks, but that’s been my life for 28 years! so it doesn’t bug me. i’m more so just curious if anyone else has the same experience.
