Here it is my daily check in. Had to pause my IF due to Covid (After 2 years, it was about time for me to catch it). So I had some small amount of chicken soup and some small fruit portions throughout the days. I have not been that hungry but overall I have been able to keep my caloric deficit even without intention. Thinking to go back to my 20:4 IF but worry about no having enough calories in while my infection recovery. Anyways good luck out there. I was planning for 48 fast this weekend but -one more time- had to change plans due to Covid.

OMAD fast, 23:1, eating between 4-5pm. Finishing week 4 for weight loss and health. Lost 13.5lbs so far.
It hasn’t been hard, until this morning. Took the pups to Dunkin for a coffee and they give dogs a plain donut. The whiff of it was tempting!
We have a big fancy dinner tonight with my husbands work starting at 7pm. Debating whether I should hold out until then for dinner, as I haven’t been wanting to eat after 6pm if my window is late. I may just have some cheese an hour before.
I am currently 15h into a 38h fast. I have figured out that 48h fasts are still too out of range yet for me but somewhere between 36h to 40h fast once every other week is manageable.
