Did a bone broth fast for Christmas, ate nothing except for a cup of bone broth at lunch and dinner time. Going to go back to OMAD today, my fast will have lasted 42+ hours. I’ve never tried fasting for so long before so this was interesting.
Been doing OMAD for 9 days now, SW 192 lbs, CW 185.8, GW 170. Added a strength training routine to encourage muscle retention. Going to go on a lean bulk when I hit goal weight.
Been fasting for 2 weeks now with 2 cheat days. I feel great, lost 6lbs already! Goal is to hit 220 by February, CW 245. I love this sub so much, giving me a different kind of motivation to lose weight without working out too hard. I can’t wait to look sexy like y’all!
Today I am getting back on track. Started a 44h fast earlier today. It’s going to be a water/black coffee/tea fast, with some electrolytes thrown in. I am doing this because I need to lose 15lbs (again) but am feeling pretty okay about it. I lost a bunch of weight last year, and gained about half back. It’s okay, because I know i have the tools to lose it again, and also to make it stick.
