Did my 12 hours at work yesterday, I’m proud of myself for making it.
Picked up some Raising Canes on the way home, got four tenders, fries and toast (no cole slaw bleh). It was delicious and felt like a real treat. Before all this that sort of meal was a nearly every day occurrence and didn’t feel special. But it was nice to be able to enjoy the meal. It was my OMAD so despite the entire thing being something like 1200 calories, I didn’t overdo it for the day.
I’m so close to the 250 mark! It’s really exciting to see progress after so many years of being overweight and thinking it was too late for me.
Day 5 of OMAD for weight loss
I just fasted for like 23 hours and I am about to break it eating a tofu burger with fries… I know, not the healthiest, but I am trying to ease into this by eating what I want so long it’s within my calorie goal
Started week 5 of 14|8 fasting. Noticed that I’m full way quicker and I’m not that hungry anymore. That makes it way easier! Really hope to lose anoyher kilo next week though, I’m losing weight so slowly.
Type: Water and coffee
Context: Started augustus 30th, trying to see how this works.
Length: 16:8
Why: Weight loss
Notes: Fast went as intended so far :) playing DND today, so there probably will be snacks on the table after 20:00 still, gonna be challenging XD
Type of fast - water/tea fastLength of fast -18 hoursContext of fast- Completed my fast.Notes- I successfully completed my fast at 2:15pm. I won’t be fasting on Sunday. I’m so glad that I’ve been consistent for 6 days!
Checking in for OMAD!
I’m finally back in England after a holiday in italy! Not had a chance to weigh myself but I doubt I actually put any weight on, if I did then it was minimal.
Today will be a strict OMAD from 6pm onwards, it’s time to get back in the swing of things. Did hill sprints this morning and now I’m drinking black coffee and staying hydrated.
Tea will be home made lasagne courtesy of my fiancee and some Ramen noodles.
Day 5 of OMADI fasted a proper 22-23 hours, but then overate during a social event (where I broke my fast). I overate by about 700 calories. A bit disappointed in myself, but I at least kept it within my window. I also did 10,000 steps and 45 mins on the exercise bike today. Not bad for the first week, I think.
Hour 13 of my 16:8 fast. I started last week, was consistent for about three days. Counted calories on days off but did fall off the wagon a bit. Now back at it, going to be consistent for at least four days. I hope to lose 30-40 lbs.
Day 82, Fast: 16.5/Eat: 7.5, F22
SW: 237.4 lbs, Last Weighed in at: 232.9 lbs
It’s really frustrating not having a scale at home right now. I haven’t gotten a measurement since Monday. I really like weighing myself because it gives me a sense of where I’m at each morning and helps me stay accountable. I don’t really care what the number is (because if I did it would make me sad) but rather I look at it like a competition to try and beat myself from the previous day.
This month I am trying to do 7.5 hour eating windows instead of 8. It took me a lot of self control yesterday to make it to 12:30PM for lunch instead of 12:00PM but I made it! I hope to slowly shorten my eating window in this way where I try to wait until half an hour later one month, and then the next month I’ll keep that change and try to stop eating half an hour earlier. The ideal time to eat for me would probably be 2 hours a day from 2 to 4. But I am going to need to do baby steps to get there because it is really hard!
Hoping to do OMAD tomorrow because I am donating platelets, and that automatically means I probably won’t eat until like 3pm after the donation. Wishing everyone a good labor day!
