Day3 of Week25, IF, 18/6
SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 88kg/194lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs
Today is 88,7kg down (barely) from the 88,8kg of yesterday.
Due to scheduling changes, I ended up with the same meal as yesterday.
This confirmed my suspicion that this batch of the supposedly carb-reduced bread is barely different from regular bread.
After eating, I observed being really thirsty. I gulped down 2 liters of water and fell asleep, but my bladder didn’t wake me up at night which is odd to say the least.
I’m certain that I’m carrying the majority of that water with me even today.
I sliced up the supposedly carb-reduced bread and put it in the freezer, for occasional single-slice toasts, but won’t be eating it on the regular.
I’m hoping for a more chill day for today so I can grab some tortillas and have those for dinner and for the prefeeding before the 48h fast coming up tomorrow. (BTW Today is a rolling 24h fast)
Workout was still good, felt easier today, so at least I’m getting somewhere.
It is MIDWEEK, folks! Now is the time to lean into them plans and get results! ;)
Week 2 Day 4 37F 5’0SW: 130lbs CW: 126 GW: 112lbs
Been averaging 18hours fasting everyday. Hoping to get rid of these last 14lbs. I’m an emotional eater and when things get a bit stressful I usually go straight for processed carbs. I still do, but I find that it’s limited to my eating window and I don’t go overboard. So I’m claiming some control back. Also trying to get back into an exercise routine this week. So far so good.
Week 1 Day 4
OMAD | Weight Lost: 2lbs
It’s hump day! 🐫 It’s also cardio day for me. Intense cardio at that in addition to ab/core work. Today’s dinner will be the same thing I had yesterday and the day before: chili w/ brown rice. 🍛Maybe a mandarin or two. 🍊

Week 10
I’ve fasted for 19 hours now, going for a 23 hour fast. Longest fast so far and honestly I’m having no troubles. Got a bit hungry around lunchtime but that’s gone now. I did drink coffee with a bit of milk two times.
I’m going to break my fast with baked egg, cheese, ham. And dipping vegetables with humous. For dessert a high proteine, low calorie chocolate mouse.
Right now I’m reading dr Fung’s book, really interesting and eye-opening.
