24 hour fast underway!
Type 24 hour fast from food. Water, coffee, tea, electrolytes are OK, no flavorings.
Context Started at 6 pm last night, ends 6 pm tonight.
Why? After a few weeks of introducing carbs back into my diet, I’m suffering from some extra body fat that I don’t need. And my compulsive overeating has taken off, too. With restricted eating periods, I think it will be more difficult to sneak in unhealthy snacks and treats. I’m also hoping that some persistent liver/pancreas/gall bladder problems will be eased or reduced.
Notes No issues so far, and no hunger. I had an adequate dinner last night to make sure I started off on the good foot this morning. I feel a bit more alert at this time of the morning than I would had I had breakfast. I will also attempt to do my usual bodyweight workout shortly before the fast ends, God willing.
Another day another 16:8 with water and black coffee. Today I feel a bit hungrier as I started fasting a bit earlier last night (I finished dinner and didn’t see the point to snack till 8) but I have my lunch prepared and hopefully I can drag this out to a bit over 16 hours again. Also just about to hit my first small goal which is 2kgs lost, hoping to hit it by sunday!

I’m currently on ibuprofen Long term and want to start fasting again.
How does one Not eat while having to take painkillers?I usually take One in the morning.
Iv done IF before With good results but stopped. I wanna get back on the bucket
