Experimenting with OMAD, this is my first time going on for three days in a row, I typically do 18/6. Water only, thankfully I’ve never been addicted to cafeine. I feel great, M-6.2, SW:274 CW:252 (-22) in two months. Hoping I can reach 220lb (going from obese to overweight) by spring so I can hike more easily and start doing some long backpacking trips. GW is 164lb..
Workout as been limited to Hiking on weekends, and some Beat Saber.
I keep getting on and falling off the wagon and keep gaining back what i lost using IF oct 19 to april 2020 (40lbs).
I just can’t stick to not eating shit outside of my times or over consuming.. The mental battle is real.
day 3 though so thats something.
Hey yall! Just starting my first IF round ever. Doing 16:8. It’s day 3, and I’m tired. I felt good yesterday but today my butt is dragging. Hoping to kick past a weight plateau I’m on, feel better and reset my insulin levels (I’m prediabetic), and develop a better relationship with food (I bored-eat, stress-eat, and just really LOVE food). Eating a high protein diet during my eating window. Drinking black coffee and water during fasting hours.
I am 33yo F 5’2” currently at 261lbs. Current goal weight is 200 and will go lower after that, just trying to get back to prepregnancy weight… 4 years later… 🙃
Week 5 or so 20:4/OMAD; still have yet to get on a scale to see the numbers. But the size 10 pants that I couldn’t fasten 2 weeks ago are now fastenable. Hoping to be able to wear them comfortably out and about by New Year. Anterior torso and waist becoming visibly leaner. Good times!
