On hour 13…3 hours until I can break fast

Hope to get back to pre-pregnancy weight of 135lbs. Currently weigh 170.5lbs due to being almost 5 months postpartum from giving birth to twins back in July. Both babies weighed 6lbs 11oz so baby weight on top of other weight you gain during pregnancy; it’s been a lot to adjust to. Not sure my mom pouch will ever go away

It’s going well. I love breakfast food and am always hungry first thing when I wake up so these first few days have been tough. Trying to drink water and get my mind off of food.

I’m on one of my 5:2 fast days. Normally I have a small breakfast in the morning, a protein shake late in the evening, and break my fast fully with a breakfast the next day. I forewent the breakfast today. I’m gradually losing weight and I find this style of fasting very manageable for me. I’m completely used to it now, I don’t have much desire to push it any harder than this.

Water fast (with pinch of salt/Molton lite salt (for potassium) and Magnesium supplements before sleep) occasional tea/coffee (unsweetened, no milk/cream). Weekly I do 2-3x 16h fast, one 24h and one 36h+ (currently on 48h). Goal is weight loss and overall well being (soon to be 50). Started last week of October with weight 289lb, currently 261.5lb (today morning weight) Trying to avoid carbohydrates but I’m not straight keto. Started exercise 3 weeks ago (bike daily, weights 2-3 times a week). So far so good. Feeling great. My goal is to go just below 200. Fingers crossed.
