Day5 of Week21, IF, 18/6
SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 89kg/196lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs
Today 88,3kg, down from the 88,6kg of yesterday at the 24h mark of my current 48h fast.
I consider this to be okay, considering the apple pie I had yesterday from Granny, which of course was not sugar or gluten free in any way. Water weight was expected but I suspect I’ll drop some of that by the end of the 48h.
A day-long rain is finally here, so I’ll be redirecting it to u/mlinton2006 and hope it’ll work some much needed miracles there too :P
Of course it’ll take me 1-2 days to have all the pollen related issues subside for me, but it is a major relief that I can at least breathe without further irritation. Hopefully it’ll result with a good night sleep tonight.
I’ve got a bunch of tomatoes and trying to figure out what I should make of it tomorrow but I’m really tempted to do a toasted torilla+cheese+tomato slices with salted and garlic enriched olive oil dip. The problem with that is that it’ll consume maybe 2 of the tomatoes at best.
Ideas are welcome in replies!

I’ve been IF for about three months now and have loved it. Weight is dropping slowly but surely!
But I have to ask, how to you maintain your fast after a hard morning workout?
I just started working with a trainer again and burned 400 calories before 7am. I break fast at noon. Send help!

I sort of lost motivation for a while. Started letting myself have snacks, and sweets. Letting myself slip here and there. Discouraged by no or little results, which snowballed to no or gains. Buck F that dude, Im here to make myself healther, and get to a weight that isnt unhealthy, and perfer not obese.

Feeling good. Really just want to loose the weight I’ve gained since having my son (almost 2 years ago). I’m so tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own body.
