Today 87,4kg empty weight at the end of the 48h fast.
Considering that this week I had a “diplomacy apple pie” that was not planned at all, I consider this to be a maintained empty weight. (even though it is 0.2kg up from the last empty weight but 0,9kg down from yesterday)
The lack of ability to work out shows in terms of not burning enough of the consumed calories, but it is somewhat difficult to work out when you cannot sleep or breathe right.
I’m like almost literally itching to get back to the daily workout routine once the pollen season is over, so I can finally make use of my workout corner I’ve set up.
Broke the fast with toasted tortilla pieces that had melted lactose-free cheese slices on top and made some garlic+spring oinon+K2salt+olive oil+diced tomato salad alongside it, wrapping up the meal with a banana.
Right now I don’t feel like getting a second meal today, but will have to in order to maintain calorie intake and keep the fasting safe.
Rainy weather today which was much needed. If it would keep up a couple more days, I could get rid of some of my pollen related issues as it is clearing out of my system. I’m afraid it won’t last long though and I’ll have to endure another round of allergies until early-winter sets in.

Day 7 of 14:10This has been a good week thus far. The challenge today is that my day starts hours earlier than during the week so I’ll be up longer and still fasting and I think my head is telling me and my belly we’re hungry and we can’t do this today. I’ve already thought about not fasting on weekends going forward but I really wanna do this. Any insight and input would be helpful. Reading y’all post are definitely inspiring thank you.
I’ve been working on my last 4 pounds for six months, which is fine because it’s only 4 pounds right? So I get Covid last week, and Don’t ya kno I lost 5 pounds. Lol I guess now it’s just maintenance mode to keep it off
Second week of holding myself to strict 16:8. Feeling really good. I hate feeling hungry, but it hasn’t been unbearable. (Except for one morning I woke up really hurting, and I think it may be because I consumed msg the day before?) Anyway, I haven’t weighed myself yet because I don’t want to be discouraged, but I have noticed I feel amazing on my runs! I started fasting again to feel better in my clothes, and to have better quality sleep. Sleep is still a challenge, but better than it was, if that makes sense. I am learning to listen to my body as well. For instance, last Saturday I wasn’t hungry until very late in the afternoon, so I just didn’t eat. Today I needed something at 9:30 so I ate. (I try to be done by 5 or 5:30 regardless.) I guess that’s all I have… :)
