Reached a new milestone, 30lb down, let’s go!
M6.2/SW:274/CW:244/GW:164, started in mid October.
OMAD most days, with some 18:6 on weekends, I eat whatever but do try to add more greens into my typical meals. Exercise is limited to a bit of Beat Saber and hiking.
I’m riding the struggle bus. I do OMAD a meal with a small snack. It’s been 6 weeks and I have lost 3 lbs. I’m trying not to lose my mojo but it’s getting hard. I hope to lose weight. During my fast it’s black coffee and water.
Starting a water/green tea fast, 48 hours (finishes Monday afternoon, USA mountain time). I’ve played around with different schedules and this seems like the most natural fit for me- a weekly 48 hour fast to finish up my weight loss, have less pressure on my knees and get my blood pressure under control.
