Why? lose weight and get healthy…again!

Hi everyone! I’m back after having a second child, and going through something awful in september which made me put back on loads of weight. I have done IF in the past after having my first child and I was so happy with the results alongside calorie counting and some yoga and long walks. If you’re just starting out your journey I highly recommend the Zero fasting app. It’s free, you can log your weight and choose your fasting times. I used it before and it was really helpful for me.

I re-started fresh yesterday! I kept my eating window open from 1pm-7pm (easier since that’s when my dude usually eats) and made it! Nothing but coffee and water til then. When I ate I ate my “big” Meal early and then ate light for dinner.
Slept very well (woke up stupid early though!)

I started off the new year at 147lbs (42F, 5’0) and feeling rather blah.

Today I will do a repeat.

I ate lots of food during NYE and have been losing control over my calories intake since I’m back home. I’m starting IF again, hopefully this time consistently, to lose some weight (~5kg) and maintain it!

I’m planning to do 16:8, I’m generally stricter on my fasting period (making sure I hit 16 hours mark, even more if possible) but more flexible about my eating window, sometimes my eating window is 8-9 hours, sometimes 3-4 hours. I’ll try to make it more consistent tho.
