Good morning, all. I’m in hour 19 of 16. I started fasting an hour early yesterday because I had all my calories. I slept in today and am just now getting my morning coffee. Then, I’m going to get on the elliptical, probably just for 25-30min to start. I’m taking a trip in a few months and am planning a mountain hike, so I want to start getting a little cardio in. Otherwise, I ain’t gonna get too far on the hike lol! So by the time I do that and get a shower, it’ll likely be pushing a 21:3 for today.
My resting heart rate went up this past week and is starting to go back down. I wonder if perhaps my body was fighting a little bug or something idk. My weight was up and down the past week as well, but I’m ultimately -1.5 lb since last Monday. Someone had suggested to compare the weekly averages, and that has also been helpful.
