Have already lost 22 lb (10 kg) and it feels great. Just 37 lb (17 kg) more to go.

Why: weight loss mainly, but hoping to get some sweet sweet autophagy bonuses in there as well

Notes: going well so far - I thought ADF would be hard but my body seems to like it and as I’m quite short (5ft2) I can eat what I want within reason on feeding days and still feel good. Today was weigh-in day and I’ve lost 5lbs this week, which I’m sure is mostly water weight but has given me the motivation to keep going into next week. We’ve got this guys!

Feels good donating fat clothes. Started b/c we were going to Universal and rides were uncomfortable and I didn’t want to try and fail. Went in Dec and it was so nice to fit easily and bonus- no nausea.No going for pre-kid weight. Note youngest is 8. But better late than never. :)
