Good morning! Day #3 OMAD here. I’m feeling pretty positive still - the scale has been moving (from 105.8 to 104.5). I know this could be water weight but it is still giving me good vibes!
Yesterday was a bit of a struggle with hunger but a black coffee in the afternoon helped me out a lot. Today will be a very busy day, so I’m feeling confident I’ll be able to ignore any hunger pangs.

How long is a plateau? 😮💨 I’ve been the same weight (122) since Nov 8th (~4 weeks). In that time I’ve been a bit ill so maybe more water weight than usual? Idk if that affects it. But zero change up or down, just 122 every single day, is getting a bit demotivating. I’m on 18:6 but I’ve been doing at least three 20+h fasts every week. For the last 6 days I’ve been doing 21-22h fasts. Nothing. Do I need to make more pronounced diet changes? Keto? Or try a long 36h fast to break the plateau?
