Week 3 Day 218:6 Clean fast
My fasting schedule is 18 hours, but every week I aim to complete a 36 hour fast. So currently, I’m 27 hours into my weekly 36 hour fast.
For breakfast I had black coffee, lunch was tea and dinner was coffee. In between tea and coffee I drank water. I’m feeling hungry but I am confident I can push through. I noticed today that I was focused and I didn’t think of food. I’m hoping that I’ll make it to 40 hours but we’ll see how it goes.

Full 12 hour day of intense work, and then going to the boxing gym for a 45 minute HIIT bag work out
And then a nice tasty OMAD at 2100cal

Ok, so I’m starting my second week (Day 8) at the same exact weight as when I started IFing. I’m so frustrated.
I did two non-consecutive 24-hour fasts last week and was 18:6 the rest of the week. Completely gave up beer (usually have a couple/few drafts a day). Watched football at the sports bar yesterday and drank soda water with lime. Our regular bar tender actually asked if there was a reason for the soda water wink wink since it’s so out of character for me. Assured her I’m not pregnant, just trying to trim down.
I’ve been tracking my calories after the fact to get an idea of my intake and make sure I’m not over doing it when I break my fast. Averaging 1400/day for the week which in theory should have resulted in a loss. I weight first thing in the morning, after going to the restroom and before I drink any water.
