IF 18:6, have lost 12.4 lb since starting on November 20th 2021.
On the first 7 days I was doing calorie counting and I lost 2.3 lb then for the next two weeks I was doing planned Paradox and I lost 4.6 lb. I switched to carnivore diet and on Sunday dec 13th and I have lost 5.4 lb.
Began IF on November 20. Started doing 16:8, but it’s usually more like 17:7 or 18:6. I’ve done one 20 hour a few days ago, and today I’m on my way into my first 24 hour. I feel great! Only 2.5 hours to go.
OMAD started again today, after a birthday weekend time of eating. The plan is to continue until I reach a weight that gives a look I like. I have lost about 10 pounds from a combination of initial 7 day water fast (ate way too much following week, gained back a lot of lost weight lol) and OMAD mixed with cheat days. I really want this now, and have seen good results.
