Down another pound, but better than that, I tried on pants I’d hidden away and they fit now! These were pants I could not even button they were that tight. And now they’re not tight at all, loose even. That is a great feeling.

Going great so far! 10 days of daily fasting. Going to workout now. We’ll see how far I get into this fast. Yesterday ended up at 23.5 hours. I need to try to eat more during my window.
Down 2 lbs in my first week! I do 18:6 and drink coffee and do zyns for nicotine and have some sparkling water. Also green tea! I hope to lose 15 more pounds and be at 130. I workout every day that I can. Speed walking is a great work out. My mother was right about that one!
