Length of Fast: usually fast as long as possible 12-16 hours right now because I’m restarting after a while of not fasting.
Why? To lose weight and control inflammation.
Notes: It was easy today because I was busy with things besides eating. My concern is calories because I was going to start counting and forgot.

I’m homeschooling two of my grandchildren. Being hungry makes it difficult not to be cranky with them. Black coffee is helpful but it stains my teeth.
