23-1 Tuesday-Sunday 48hr fast sunday 6pm-tuesday 6pm
Going to try to do this for 1-2 months
I’m doing it to lose my belly fat so I can see my abs
It’s going great I’ve been doing it for the last 2 weeks and started with a 48hr fast and it went by real smooth. I don’t really get too hungry until just before my fasts are up.
3 weeks into 16:8. I had one slip up day, but corrected course and I’m going smooth. Im actually not too worried, I’m sure I’ll slip again eventually so I’m not being too hard on myself.
SW: 292 CW: 279.8 GW: under 200
Down an inch and a half on my waist and love handles so I’m feeling great.
Had an unintended “sort of” 24 hour fast yesterday. My normal fast is 18/6, so I eat from Noon to 6:00 PM and normally have dinner around 5:00. Yesterday I was in meetings until 1PM and then had to drive to another meeting until 3:00 PM, then had to stop for the store and did not get home till around 4:30 PM. Only thing I had until 5 PM was a single hard boiled egg.
I was very surprised that I was never hungry. As a diabetic I was worried about blood sugar but it fell to like 105 and just kind of sat there, except right after walking around the store where it jumped 10 points.
Water fast 27/01/22, 12pm-8pm 8 hoursI mainly want to lose weight and lower my insulin levels I’ve finished it now (my first day) and I feel okay, getting ready for bed but nervous for tomorrow as I start work at 9am and will have to depend on black coffee and water from 9am-1pm.. today was easier as I had a Sunday lie-in until 12pm!SW: 176, CW: 176, GW: 140
