Good morning and good fasting :D Rounding out my second week of reintegrating 20:4 fasting into my life after months of 16:8

Yesterday I decided to start a transition toward OMAD. I am going to go in hour by hour so yesterday I did a 21:3. I’m flying out to family end of month and I know there’s no way I can survive OMAD with bombardment from home and seeing as it’s very reliant to be at the same time everyday I’m limited. I’m feelin’ full after one meal already but I don’t want to push it till I’m sure!

During fasts I drink black coffee, water with sodium/calcium/magnesium mixture and every so often 0 cal/carb C4 canned energy drinks. Sucralose doesn’t seem to trigger my hunger response. I’m really happy about how I’m not starving and distracted by thoughts of food anymore during the day. Instead of pining for lunch hour and a delicious relief from stress I just work straight and plan my home meal in my head.

Water fast starting 8pm and ending 12pm, Eating period is 12-8 daily, fast is 16 hours. Initial goal was to eliminate late night snacking. Haven’t missed breakfast much except on weekends. It’s going well, was down 15 lbs (200 to 185) but had a couple bad weekends and am at 188. My goal weight is 175 and then figure out how to maintain that.
