Answer

18:6 fasting, a Lil dirty cause I use Stevia for my coffee and tea. I’m on day 9. I haven’t weighed myself because I got rid of my scale.I jumped right in with no soda and avoiding high sugars within eating window. My concerns are my sugar headaches that are lasting all day, even with eating carbs and I’m not drinking enough water once I open my eating window.

Answer

Type: dirty fast

Context: 16:8 turned into 18:6

Length: I slept in today so I made it to 18 hrs! I feel like I could’ve gone longer but I am trying to take it slow this time around.

Why: weight loss

Notes: i think it’s my 3rd day of 16:8 fasts. I am still getting adjusted. I still am feeling the impulse to eat something when I wake up but I will just have a coffee (with creamer) then wait and have something to eat. Lately I just get the munchies around 3 pm. Weighed myself today and no change… counting calories and staying in my bmr of 1800 so I guess I will see in a week what that does for me.

Type: waterLength: 1 day 24 hoursContext: to prove to myself I can do it. I am hopelessly addicted to processed carbs and diet coke. I am not heavy (was as a kid) but trying to avoid going back. Covid created this night time binging habit that I just cannot shake. I am like a crack addict.
