39 hours into my first 48 hour fast. Never done more than 24 hours in a row before. Biggest challenge was going to bed hungry; feels like it hasn’t been too bad today. I’m mainly fasting for weight loss, but I got to say, the mental discipline aspect shouldn’t be underrated. Knowing what I’ve already accomplished and pushed myself to do makes me feel like I can accomplish hard things. I’ve only been having black coffee in the morning, water all day, and then hot herbal tea at night.

Down under 80kg, lost 8.4kg since starting IF. 8cm off my waist and sooo many more improvements with the rest of my body.
I feel great, swimming laps (I’ve never been a swimmer) and last week I got under 3mins per 100 meters over 1km.
