Type: food fast? Context: 3 weeks in, no real timelineLength: mostly OMAD, with 18:6 sprinkles in if I have to. Why: lose weight, reduce inflammation, age betterNotes: it’s very easy, only problem I have is stomach shortly after I break my fast, but I have adjusted what I am eating and my supplements - seems better. Started at 204, now 196. Sports: I found it harder to play at the start but much better now. Goal is 170. Honestly it’s the most encouraging ‘diet’ I have ever been on, I am now wanting to hit the gym!

Day 7 of restarting 16:8 but this time with CICO (1600 at 5’2 which is ‘high’ for my height but I like to live life still lol) as well. So far going well, some days I have done over 16 hours. I’m on hour 17 now while waiting for my lunch to warm up. Hoping to accomplish weight loss, down 1kg so far

I woke up feeling and looking leaner this morning! I’m 83 days into some significant lifestyle changes. I’m trying to drop booze for good. I’ve been exercising regularly. I’ve cleaned up my diet quite a bit. I think consistent fasting is the final piece of the puzzle. If I keep this up, then I should reach my goal weight in 3 months or so.
