SW: 104kg/229lbs; CW: 89kg/196lbs; GW: 85kg/187lbs

Today 89,0kg up from 87,9kg of yesterday, which is to be expected after the prefeeding for the 48h fast.

Inspired by u/mlinton2006 I have altered my stew and made meatballs with it and, added chili pepper and stuffed it into toasted tortilla xD

It was a clash of cultures for sure but it really was tasty, so thanks for the idea! :P

It was so filling that instead of having it again for breakfast, I opted for just a yoghurt and banana.

Started the 48h fast at 08:00 and shall break the fast on Saturday morning.

Got a bunch of tasks today so I’ll have to keep the checking-in short.

We’ve turned the corner, and every passing hour is closer to the weekend! Keep up the good work folk!;)

Week 17! I’ve been doing ok, just still busy at work with overtime. Not too much to report, had a weird fluctuation of a pound and a half but then went back down again. Body is weird sometimes. I’m excited to be under 250 though!

I’m still preparing for my 5k in November and I managed to do an 18:30 mile, which was an improvement on the 20 minutes I normally take.

Week 7 - water/tea fast - losing weight

Had a big weight drop today!
And I realised something as I was baking an egg for my SO’s breakfast this morning. I always thought I was one of those people who really needs to eat breakfast or I would faint or something. But it was all in my brain and I just realy ‘wanted’ to eat in stead of ‘having’ to eat. Mabe it’s very obvious but that was my realization.
