Another day of OMAD
Working 7am - 7pm today so I’ll be drinking black coffee all day until my one meal of 2000calories around 8pm.
Not sure what I’ll be eating yet but I know I’ve got two oven baked salmon fillets in the fridge that I prepped last night, I’ll probably have those with rice, cabbage and noodles.
Let’s go! 3kg to go until I hit my goal. Really tidying up my eating habits and fasting schedule now, no more “off days” due to work or commitments. I will not eat any earlier than 7pm and if life means I cannot eat until 9pm… well then i guess I can’t eat until 9pm :)
I tried OMAD thursday but it was very difficult for me and I did cheat in the end with two cooked eggs and a cracker.
I think it’s maybe better for me to eat OMAD during lunch and not wait till dinner. So I’m trying that today!
